Default Top injector o-ring came out of fast fuel rail

Iv recently installed heads/cam/intake on my car with 36lb fast injectors and fast fuel rails. Got it home after a few mins of driving and after letting it sit at idle for a few minutes an o-ring half way popped out and started spraying fuel. It's to my understanding that it sometimes happens on an un tuned car with new stuff, but is there a definate solution to this so I know I'm safe to drive a couple hours to get it tuned? Should I just take the rail off the injectors and re seat the injector?

Thanks

Wrong size o'ring?
Rail not pulled down and tite?
O'ring pinched on initial install? [IE: Already "hanging out of the groove".]
Drive a "couple hours" to tune it?? I'd not suggest that, unless the new and old injs are the same flow rates...

The o rings and injectors and rails and all were previously used together on another car and did great. Install looked okay, not any different from others. A couple hours away is the closest place I'd go to for tune lol
