Default Does milling heads make heads/fast port match worse?

I have a 427 w/ TFS 235s that have milled so the heads have 64cc chambers. I hear that if you don't port match your fast intake to the cylinder heads your leaving a decent amount of horsepower on the table. Does milling heads make the miss match even worse? Thanks

no even Tony Mamo will tell you that port matching the heads is an afterthought and even a little mis-match wont cause any harm. whats the most important thing on the fast is maximizing the flow area.

depending on which fast you have that means different things. the 90/92 have the inner shells massaged to allow a straighter flow path along with the "ridge" by the lower shell removed. the 102 necks down at the end of each runner so that just gets opened up the same way

depending on how much you mill the head i'd be more worrieda bout the intake not actually bolting up. but i dont think that will be an issue with those
