I don't plan to do the headers until im ready to get a tune so at that point the high flow cats will pass because whatever they do to make them ready

My post was because I've had both in the 1 7/8 size and laid them down next to each other. TSP are pretty much clones of the Kooks in many ways, the way the piping is routed and the merge collector.

I'm ready to pull the trigger on TSP headers too. I'll be replacing my KOOKS because I was young and dumb 10 years ago and had cutouts welded to my collectors and the shop did a hack *** job and ruined my y-pipe too.

Does anyone know if the TSP set up will interfere with and SLP Driveshaft loop or UMI 3 points?

OP can you post pics of the install when done?

I would say brand loyalty or better word of mouth advertising on here in favor of TSP. I have owned both brands and would rather have speed engineering. Best I can tell, they are exactly the same header, made in the same factory but TSP has their brand name plate welded on. My TSPs had velocity spikes in the collector and my speed engineering ones do not which doesn't matter to me.

The finish work on my speed engineering y pipe was better than the TSP one even though they are the same design. Better finish welding inside, etc. The clamps both company provide are garbage though. Knock the price down a few bucks and don't send any clamps or charge more for better ones.

Save the almost $200 or so and get the SE headers over TSP. You'll be glad you did.
