Default No start? Cranks,w/fuel, but no spark

00 ss cranks but wont start, replaced crank and cam sensors, new plugs/wires. unplugged maf, fuel is good. I put a timing light on and got no light due to it not picking up any spark. also tested voltage at main coil plug and saw the constant 12 volts at 1 pin but voltage at any other pin while turning ignition on,so i dont believe its getting signal to ignition coils. also tested pulse at injectors and it is good there. i was thinking pcm or bcm issue, any suggestion or other test i can do? thanks BTW no new recent mods. Parked it then couldnt start it.

If that diagnostic chart doesn't work, you can always follow one of the coil signal wires back to the PCM and measure voltage there to see if the PCM is sending a signal. If no signal sent at the source = bad source (PCM)

when you say "fuel is good" what do you mean? if it doesn't have sufficient fuel pressure it will not fire to start, not sure what the lower limit is but it should likely have 55-58psi at the rail while cranking

You have to determine if you're getting the PCM signal at the injectors and coils, and if they're actually firing.
