Be about it Mike...can drop the radiator a few inches or go aftermarket and I bet it would work...

Like the results. I'm piecing together a similar setup for my Cutlass. I have to go behind and under the radiator though...

It's the only change I'm making before I hit the track one last time this year. Should have a good before
and after data.

Chris, how does this compare to your lid style ram air setup?

You will pick up 6-8rwhp with the Prostock as the lid can only flow equivalent 84mm the Vs a 100mm mandrel pipe...

This is crazy good.

I have a giant BeCool Radiator that barely fits and A/C. This would be a lot of fun to try and get to fit.

But I'm thinking of going to a 440 and this would feed it better than a lid setup.

Way better than a lid for sure with 440 probably be around 4mph gain over stock lid setup

Just for anyone on the fence about the ram air tube, if you have the room to fit it get rid of the airbox! You will never go back to it again.

Ok. The ac is now completely gone. I currently have a jamm style setup through the hood. How much benefit will this be with a stock maf and ls6 intake with ported stock throttle body. Nitrous car.

Chris, I'm considering this for a couple reasons, one is simplicity under the hood. My current setup is non AC ram air, k+n, 98mm lid, 4" silicone hose, 95mm TB, ebay aluminum radiator. My questions are, does it clear the stock ss hood and latch (minor trimming ok) and what upper cover is usable with this setup? I think bmr sells one? Or do we need one from an LT1 car?
