Help ID'ing a sensor

I'm getting ready to pull my LS1 and I took off the valley cover to put the lift plate on. The plate is too long in the rear so I need to remove two sensor/sending units on the top rear of the block. One I'm pretty sure is oil pressure and it just screws out. The other has a 10mm bolt securing it but when I took the bolt out the thing doesn't just pull up like I thought it would. I didn't want to break it by forcing anything. Can someone please tell me what it is and how to get it out?

Soooooo I'll answer my own question. It's the cam shaft position sensor and it just gets pryed out.
