I can get a good deal on a fast 102r manifold without the TB will the holly sniper 102 TB fit it?

It will BUT youll also need the holley iac valve for the sniper tb. we have the tbs on hand also.

Thanks for the reply will that iac plug right into the factory harness and work without additional tuning?

It will plug in. it will take a little tuning. the sniper is a cheap tb. it wont work nearly as well as a nick williams or tune as well either. and nick williams uses stock iac and tps. it isnt just $369 because people will pay it, its literally designed better.
But for budget the sniper is ok. ive tuned a few.

No. it is not machined/designed as well as the nick williams but not comparing the two it does need a bit more tuning.
