Default Exhaust manifold question

Ok guys. New here. I bought a set of trailblazer exhaust manifolds off Ebay. Are the exhaust holes at the flange suppose to be 2 different sizes? Driver is 2 1/4 and passenger is 2 1/2. Shouldn't both sides have the same size hole and take the same type of gasket? The reason I'm asking is I have to get flanges for them so the exhaust can be ran. All the kits I'm seeing are 1 size or the other for both flanges. Kinda puzzled here. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
Wheel on!

Is the bolt spacing the same? If so just use two 2-1/2" headpipe flanges.
