Just had the transmission worked, gonna jack the car up today and make sure they didn't accidentally plug the B1S1 into the B1S2 spot or something. Who knows.

Okay so after some research, this guy seems to have the same issue but on a 99. Sensors sitting at 450 ish means they aren't reading at all. Probably sensor or wiring issue.

I want to check the fuse but my fuse box printout is all faded out. I found the printouts.

Does anyone know what to look for when testing o2 sensor voltage/resistance and what to expect out of each?

Forced the car in closed loop and it started running like ****. The fuel trims did start to show up though but the o2 sensor readings still stayed static which is probably why. It most likely wasn't adjusting the AFR because it wasn't getting info from the sensors?

As you can see from the image, I let it idle in open loop, put it in closed loop, the trims start to drop but the o2's did not move. I then disabled closed loop and reset the fuel trims.
