Default Wiring difference 5.3 DBW and LS1 DBW throttle?

Going with a WS6store ASA cam on my L33, has LS6 intake but still using stock throttle body. I require a DBW throttle body to retain cruise control. I know the TPS and butterfly motor connections are separate on the LS1 throttle body, but are the signals all the same? Can I just source the pigtails I need and rewire?

From what I understand, no they are not. Has something to do with the opening of the blades and that they will only open to like 70%.

I ran into this with my truck, it uses FBW. I put a 92MM FBW on my Vic Jr but it went from a 6 wire to an 8 wire, I thought I could just get an adapter but when I called CBM they said they would not work, wouldnt get the signal properly or something.

They said I had to have this;

to make it work. Bought it and it works as advertised, very happy with it although it was pricey!

That’s for an LS2 throttle body. I’m talking about an LS1 throttle body.
