Cage fight with both parties wearing brass knuckles is the ONLY way to settle this. If you win OP, the throttle body will work.

Interesting... so you have to use the lower hole? I have the WARR 92mm on my NNBS intake and lokar LS throttle cable. WIth my Fitech system I'm only seeing 78ish TPS% at WOT. I'm using the shorter hole (only 1/2 up the cam). Reason is that my original 78mm TB the cam hole was roughly the same position so I just used it. If thats the case and I need to us the lowest hole (farthest away from where the cable enters the TB) then I will do it and see if I can gain the extra 22% i'm missing. The issue is that I need to cut my lokar braided cable sheething to make it longer so I dont want to mess this up.

Yes and I had to drill it out slightly cause the dang throttle cable wouldnt fit. That is literally my only gripe about these china TBs, everything else has been great.

WEll I verified mine and I had it in the correct hole. I didn't check voltage but the Fitech PCM reads the TPS in % and gives you a gauge to show the % of the TPS you have inputted. I tested mine and it was reading 78.2% TPS at WOT. I verified and my pedal has full travel and the TB is what bottoms out. By doing so (tightening the cable so it just barely closes on the idle screw) and I modified the sensor to get more adjustability i was able to manage 88.2% @ WOT. Still tho The TB hits the mechanical stop. Why would I only be getting 88% (still better than 78%). THis is a WARR TB which required me to modify my TPS sensor to fit which they say I shouldnt.

something im doing wrong? Lol. Kinda hard to screw up bolting the TB on and hooking the throttle cable and bolting down sensors. It could just be the FItech software only registering the 88% but this setup is untested with a stock pcm to verify idle and max voltage. I could put a meter on it and verify voltages.

Regardless of what fixes this problem, he was just trying to state the problem for future purchasers to be aware...

At least this is what a level headed human gained from this post.

The rest of you should probably be driving Fords

On the other side of the Spectrum, it is general knowledge that buying a Chinese part or a "Value" part will require some modification to make it right....
That's why its cheap.

He seems more mad at Jegs for moderating his feedback. I can tell you exactly why the pulled his review and it wasn't because it was negative, It was because he said it was a "$99 E-Bay throttle body".

As far as driving Fords lol, as you said in your other post, It is general knowledge with that some modifications will be needed when using China goods....I'll also take it a step further and say that's always a possibility for any aftermarket part that's made to fit many vehicles...even if it's listed to work with a specific model, Jegs sells a lot of parts and I'm sure some slip thru the cracks.

PS I do drive a Chebby!

This post is about my car and the fix was rather simple, changed to a throttle cable for a non traction control car and voila, 100% throttle. I never use cruise control anyway. Don't really understand all the anger, lol.

Wonder if it was a counterfit part? If you get stuff off eBay thats a risk.. ON the other hand I've bought cheap what I thought was going to be a knockoff part, and ended up getting a actual name brand part, probably what they call cheated production from china,, where the Chinese manufacturer, is selling parts the they had over-run on to a mainstream vender as their own///

I really could never figure out why a hole in a block of aluminum and a few other things costs the price of a carburetor.
