Default Fast 102 broken runner, any fixes

Anybody have a fix for this. I contacted fast to see what they have to say. This is less than a year old with only a few passes on it.

O ya it broke on it's own. I tore motor down to fix another issue and found the runner blocking the intake port.

Yes I purchased it new. Hopefully they'll make it right. First points race is next Saturday so hopefully I have something in my hand by Weds so I don't start the season behind.

How did you even figure out to remove the upper and find that? Or did you just come across it while doing something else?

Was replacing a head gasket. Took the intake off and you could hear it rattling around.

You can weld it back together with a plastic welder. Due to this company not being a sponsor i can not mention their name but if you have one close by to you it cost about $ 70 dollars to purchase it and it comes with plastic rods to use as weld material. It works a whole lot better than just using a soldering iron.

Get you some 3m 08223 univeral adhesive. They may make different size tubes but this **** is great. It will easily hold your runners together.

I tried to buy some shorter ones before but it never got a response from them.

I ended up epoxying it back together to get by, until I can get it resolved from FAST.

Update.
Got ahold of fast/comp cams. My intake is 16 months old. 4 months past warranty.
They won't sell me a single runner. Had to buy all new runners. But at least they sold them to me for 1/2 price.
I am not mad at fast but not happy with there crappy runner design. I ordered a new accufab super Vic kit.

How much you want for the bunk runners? I'd be interested in buying them for some experiments.

Well new parts came in. They sent a whole new one. I was skeptical at first how this would work out. Fast/ Comp cams has exceeded what I expected...

Wow thats awesome! So did they still charge you for the new runners? I bet you could recoup that cost by selling the old one.
