TPS Voltages and Holley 105 TB

Been working out the startup kinks in my motor build, and like most new setups chasing idle and low speed issues. Did the basics and took TPS voltage readings, started off with 0.744V closed and 4.58V WOT. Did the TPS reset and dropped to 0.738V closed. Explains why it won't idle cold and struggles warm.

So since the Holley has the ability to clock the TPS, I rotated it a few clicks and took new measurements. Now I get 0.519V closed and 4.28V WOT. So that's good for idle but I'm concerned the voltage won't be high enough for the ecm to go into WOT.

I could try backing out the TB set screw a bit to drop the idle voltage, but I was worried the Holley factory setting was pretty much at bottom and didn't want to mess with it except as a last resort (more common to turn the set screw in to bump up the idle), don't want any blade sticking issues either.

Any suggestions/thoughts? Thanks.

Opening that bleed screw is a very nice tuning feature
