Coil packs

Can i use newer coils from say a chevy truck 07 and up as replacements for the coils in an early model trans am? 99 to be specific, or will it be too much of a bother?

It will probably be easier to find coil pack information in one of the external engine sections. The following may help.

Yes, but get the harness and ibt coil brackets so they fit and is a plug n play bolt on ready to go set-up. I'm in the middle of doing it myself. Bracket is bc truck vs car coils have different bolt pattern
