Default stock lq4 with 243 upgrade

I have recently purchased a 2002 2500 rclb. Because of oil pump and bad lifters, I tore down the engine to short block and found the 317s have multiple broken and striped exhaust bolt holes. I have a set of stock clean 243 heads with ls6 springs in them ready to go. I would like to put those heads on but I know it would raise compression. Whats the best method of getting my egr turned off while also tuning for these new heads the cheapest way possible. Frost? Random local street tuner? Everything else is stock from air filter to muffler. Im in Austin, Tx if anyone knows someone that would be of help. Thanks in advance.

Just strip the EGR stuff off and plug the holes.
