Update. Tapped intake tube and ran passenger side hose to it. Drivers side with pcv runs directly to intake. Started and no change, still P0171 code. 👎

That sucks but keep chipping away at it. Are you able to see fuel trims?

No fuel trims either. MAF @ 5.5 g/s. Keep thinking something electrical related now. Got appt with tech couple weeks.
Thanks for your help. I'll report finding.

Odd you have no fuel trim readings. That's concerning there.

No problem man, best of luck with it.

Btw have you checked the data on the coolant temp sensor reading and intake air temp readings? Coolant temp is a big one when it comes to fueling, usually they read low when they go bad and cause a rich condition but it is worth taking a look at to see if the reading seems correct.

Did ck coolant temp sensor. Normal.
Engine runs perfect until closed loop , then all goes down hill.

That's oxygen sensors 9 times out of 10 there.

Correction , never enters closed loop. O2 sensors swapped BK 2 to BK 1. Rechecked coolant sensor just now , changing resistance with coolant temp.

Another update. Cleared all ultrgauge codes, now only getting p0200. Pulled each injector connector off and all caused engine idle to drop. Puzzled now.

If it isn't going into closed loop something is wrong, like coolant temp. Can you get a temp reading in the data stream?

Man that sucks. Go through and check all wiring for rubbing or chafing. Check your grounds real good at the body frame and especially the ones on the engine. The usual culprit is the ground break out on the back of the cylinder head on the driver side. Those get loose and cause all sorts of problems.

Unplug and replug the connectors at the PCM too. That helps clean the pins and ensure a good connection.

Go from there.

The p0200 could be from unplugging the injectors. If you still have to code after clearing it carefully check each connector at the injectors and carefully plug them in making sure none are funky.

P0200 code resolved. Found fuel injector electrical connectos bent which prevented connector clip from completing circuit. This injector was not firing. Changed out injector, code gone and now ultrgauge reporting long fuel trims again.
Appreciate everyone's input. Hope this helps someone.
