Default Having issues starting my car..

So i am hoping someone here can help. Please note i drive the car about once or twice a month for about 5-10 miles at a time, its just my fun car.

About a year ago i did the tick battery relocation no issues.. about 6 months ago the car started giving me issues reading low amperage (i have a digital gauge i can read) between 11.8-12.4.... Three months later under hard acceleration from a dig the car just shut off...no power or any. so i went ahead checked everything from the battery relocation.... NO ISSUES. Now for the past three months the car has been having issues to crank. (the car lives on a battery tender) So i was waiting until the alternator died, but nothing.... About 2 months ago the starter died and got a beefy MSD starter. Fast forward to two weeks ago, drove the car around the block battery was reading around 11.8 and it stalled and died. It wouldnt crank, i tried jumping it and nothing, had to get the battery out of my BMW to start, got it home and thought the alternator had died on me. I went ahead and ordered a new Tuff Stuff alternator (145 amps) and bought a new battery (interstate m35 model).. had no issues once installed. Today i drove for about 50 miles and the car was reading 13.5-14.1 no issues at all. I parked it and went to start it and it wouldn't go. Had to get a jump, and then after award it ran fine. Im a little worried becuase with a new alternator and battery i am still having the same issue i was having before just the battery is amperage in the car is reading higher... COuld it be i got a bad battery, or alternator?

Thanks so much.

Most likely you got a stray circuit or short that is draining your battery. It is always possibly to get a bad battery. Not a fan of interstate but that is beside the point. Car stays running once jumped should indicate alternator is fine.

My guess is you have a ground issue. Personally I would start by going a voltage drop test on the positive and ground side both. That's going to tell you where the problem is.

So just ordered my new voltage meter... i replaced the battery and nothing.

It seems the car will try to crank and dies, i give it a second and nothing its like there no battery getting fed into the car... ill due a voltage drop test once i get it an go from here...

any thoughts on possibly and ignition relay or starter relay?? once the car cranks... it stays on...

MODS that i have chased down....
The Tick performance battery relocation looks good with good grounds.
New battery m-24 top mounted from interstate
New tuff stuff 145 amp alternator
New msd starter

Does the car turn over but won't start? When you try to start the car does it go click or does it do nothing?

The car turns, click and then dies I have to turn the key 6-9 times until the starter finally gets the power to crank.... once the car turns over the battery reads 13.4-13.8

Bad ignition switch? Having to hit it 6-9 times does NOT sound right.

I would check your connections carefully, A poor connection will sometimes will get hot and finally connect well enough to start until it cools down and it will do the same thing all over again.

This is pretty much what it sounds like some times it gets a bit more crank some times it doesn’t .... sits for a bit and cranks up

Here’s the video

I'm willing to bet that the ground wire at the battery terminal would have burned the **** out of you. If your battery, starter and connections are good and the wire is getting to hot you may want to try going to a bigger gauge of wire. I'm also not a fan of having power at all times connected to the starter which is one of the reasons I installed an aftermarket solenoid on the firewall. I ran a jumper wire from the starter solenoid to the starter and ran a lead down from the firewall solenoid down to the starter so that power only gets to the starter from the solenoid on the firewall.
