LM7 Only Running on Bank 2

LM7 Only Running on Bank 2 Hello all,
Finally had time to get my new manifold and flex injectors in today, the installation went well but now I'm having the weirdest issue. The truck will only run on bank 2, if i disconnect bank 2 coil plug the engine dies, do the same with bank 1 and nothing changes. I checked my spark on bank 1 and I've got spark but its orange. The coil packs are getting 14.6 volts as are the injectors, 2 of my injector adapters were wired backwards but that didn't change anything either. My fuel trim for bank 1 is hanging at 50% and the exhaust is just raw gas.
I initially thought my tune was the problem so I flashed to my old one with the stock injectors and same thing.
Any ideas?
Edit: Ohmed out all my injectors with the adapter harness 13.5 ohms +-.02. Cylinder 3 is running on bank 1 and appears to be the only cylinder to be doing so on bank 1.

It was not a spark issue, it turns out it was just my luck to get three seized injectors on one side of the manifold, swapped in two spares I had and its running way better. I've got a new set on the way just for cheap insurance. The orange spark is still a bit off putting so I am also getting new coil bars and swapping to the round coils.
