Dry Nitrous without O2 Sensors
1. You should never bypass the 02's, I wouldn't anyway
2. I've never known of anyone that needed to bypass the 02's due to having a cam, I guess some may but it isn't common.
3. Even if you had 02's, they wouldn't compensate for the nitrous.
4. You should never hope anything compensates for nitrous. You tune it to make sure that the tune is safe and spot on while on the nitrous. ESPECIALLY with a dry shot. With a wet shot depending on size you can tune it with the nitrous kit but timing still needs to be addressed. And spark plugs need to be addressed.

Speed density gets rid of the MAF and relys on the MAP sensor alone instead of MAP and MAF like it's setup stock.
Doesn't really have anything to do with the 02's though.
That I'm aware of most tuners do not disable the 02's even with long tubes and big cams. Apparently by OP's post, his tuner does. I would prefer not to.
