I know this is older but any Tunability issues for a 98 car that's cammed and running on an ls6 intake right now to go to a 92/92 setup?

I've use two different TB's on my DLS2 intake, a Nick Williams and a taper bore Holley Billet. The tip in throttle response is better with the taper bore Holley. I think it might have something to do with the TB lever cam gear size but not certain.
