New Tr55's What to gap???

I just got some new Tr55's and I am wondering what to gap them at??Any advice. I am running NA right now and have a decent size cam and longtubes.. Also, can I gap tr55s for nitrous??

Use TR6s for N2O.

I've found that the TR55s perform the same at any gap between .050 and .060. I usually split the difference and do .055.

FWIW they come at .055 so I'd leave them there. TR-6's are for No2.

I left them at .055 and they perform great. A lot better than the stock ones that came out of the car at .070 and above :eek2:

.055 for stock internal/stock compression

thanx Guys thats what I gapped them at..Yes I had tr6 for n2o then some goof ball told me I could run tr55's with gas (not true). Car runs ok but still misses and tries to die, Next is plug wires..I have MSDs right now and I hate them, do you think I will Lose any HP going back to my stock wires??

Probably wont lose power. If you want to run aftermarkets, I'd go with the Taylors.

Cool, I hope that is the problem, I hope it is not the tune....
