Just got my MAC's - Emissions questions??

Hey guys, I am not trying to whore b/c I saw the post a few down about MACS, My questions are similar but have a few diffrent also. I just got the MAC's and a custom Tyson 3' ORY. Now for questions.... The EGR's on the headers are welded shut, So should I drill out the wholes and plug in my EGR setup or should I delete the EGR? The ORY does NOT have bungs or any thing, Its just pipe, Should I delete the rear o2's and if so do I just unplug and let them get tied up or take all the wires off? Also I have a loudmoth now on the car, Will the 3' ORY meet up to the loudmoth? Any one know the size of the mouth's first pipe? I just want to make sure if deleting the the EGR and rear o2s is not going to mess anything up besides toss a SES light. The other thread answered my questions about bolts and gaskets. Thanks for the help in advance.......

Deleting them wont cause the SES light to go on. Go with deleting them. It's actually cheaper to delete than to buy sims anyway. Make sure you plug up your EGR though.

When you say plug up the EGR do you mean drill out the blocked off ones and run the EGR or just remove the system? Thanks

You need to reflash you computer with the following changes:
- Delete rear O2s (all associated tests and/or codes)
- Delete EGR (all associated tests and/or codes)

Physically:
- Block off the EGR hole in the intake carefully.
- Remove the rear O2s (unclip them), and tape up the exposed connectors still under the car.

For you mental sAnIty:
- Order a new cat back! Loudmouth with Mac and an ORP is a nightmare....

turn off all of that stuff with the computer and save some money plus it'll clean up your engine bay. as for the bolts/gaskets just reuse the factory stuff it'll work fine.
