Knock sensor's
 

Today on my 98z I removed the LS1 intake for the first time, I have always known that my knock sensor's were AFU so I decensitze them with edit. The pic's are the forward sensor, the aft sensor is ok. All I have to say is that if your intake is off pull the rubber gromet off & check them out! I went ahead and updated mine to the 99+ style with a new harness, & will accouplish the service bulletin to make a RTV ring around the sensor gromet so water doesn't get in again.
