LT's = SES light .. help!

I just recently installed LT's, Now my ses light flashes, then adds a tune of fuel which makes my car run like ass.. then It goes back to normal... under hwy driving... is this a tuning issue?

The flashing SES is a misfire. You should check over all of the plug wires.

LTs are known to make LS1s run rich. Some worse than others. Try to get a scanner and find out what cylinders are misfiring and go from there.
