what the hell doy ou guys use to get the pipes all the way inside each other when you are putting a cat back system together? it's like impossible.

try some lubricant, wd40 or a little tranny fluid

:werd: lube it, i used wd-40 when fabbing up my TD's yesterday.

I would try a couple glasses of wine and maybe some Barry White.

Silver anti-sieze is good stuff, especially when you go
to take it apart two years from now.

Thats what I did too. Use plenty, except I would be careful around the o2 sensors, not sure if it would do anything, but don't want take the chance, they can get screwed up enough as it is. But if you are doing a cat-back it shouldn't matter.

I didnt have any issues with my GMMG. I think dubya dee four T is one of the best inventions of all time, right up there with duct tape.:D

I'm with ya there. It can be messy as hell, but it sure makes things easier to get apart. Works on spark plugs, too.

Pull out the hammer and start swinging

make sure you don't have any sharp edges or nicks on the ID/OD holding you up - if you find something just hit it with a file. You may have to use the persuader(hammer) also.
