o2 sims

jrp Mar 15, 2005 08:29 PM

what ^ said, or get the codes turned off with HPT or other programer.

even if you made bungs for the rear 02s many people still get an SES light. If you can cope with some downtime, TexasSpeed (one of our sponsors) can delete the codes if you send them your ECM for less than the cost of new 02 sims. Then again used 02 sims go for around 50-60 dlls on the FOR SALE section pretty often.

Yep. Disconnect them and ziptie the wires out of the way, or plug in O2 sims. Are you on easternfbody.com? I'll be up for the shootout at MIR on April 2nd and can probably help ya out if you're going. Have HPTuners and can delete the codes in a few minutes.

co.6z28 Mar 15, 2005 09:22 PM

yea im at EFA. i'm going to try to make it to mir. thanks for the help

jay_99z Mar 15, 2005 09:26 PM

No problem man. Shooot me a PM on EFA if you need it done. I'll definitely be there.

co.6z28 Mar 15, 2005 10:10 PM

co.6z28 Mar 16, 2005 04:33 PM

if my ses light is on b/c of the lack of rear sensors will that make my car run like sh*t?

jay_99z Mar 16, 2005 05:13 PM

Nope. rears won't affect how it runs.
