Brand new plugs... seafoam... ?

I just had some NGKs installed that will have around 80 miles on them when I get it home tomorrow. I want to run some Seafoam through it but I dont want to kill these plugs. Is it safe to do now? Or will it more than likely hurt the plugs?

I'm gonna take a guess and say you should've done the seafoam before the plugs...

I know thats the case but we just dropped around $12,000 and plugs were part of it at the shop. Damn it. :ripped:

what did you spend $12K on.

If i was spending that kind of cash, it would be a couple of options, A a new car, or B a full new drivetrain/turbo setup.

So if the second was the option, or at least a new motor, no need to run seafoam.

Its the hassle. I havent seen my car for 3, no... 4 months. Cars front end paint was chipped/scratched. $12k went to paint the front end(hood, fenders, bumper), blended, new viper spec tranny, all new suspension BMR, Eibach, Billstien, wheels, tires, spec clutch, spec fly, new master, lts, ory, hooker exhaust, slp cme tip and valance, berger panel, inserts, labor, alignments, new grill etc etc etc... long list of crap. So lots of money in labor, lots in parts. Long story short a co-worker took the car when he was drunk w/o permission, ran it off the side of the road, burnt up the clutch, and tranny along with a bunch of other crap. He settled w/o lawyers. :) He was arrested(being only 20 and drunk) but I didnt file charges since he settled with $12,000. So yeah, if I would have done the work myself that would have all ben done along with a blower :judge:

All work was done at EPP(soon to be sponsor)

Yes labor prices add up quickly. :bang: Oh well working 60 hours a week didnt leave me enough time to get the repairs/upgrades :) done before his court date if I were to have done it myself.

Blower is going in soon though:cheers: I just cant decide bewteen turbo or ATI

I didn't replace my plugs when I seafoamed my car. I did change the oil right afterwards though.
