Different TB's for different years on stockers. Does this apply for the BBK?

Didn't know that. I don't know if that is the same for the BBK.

BBK doesn't appear to specify years. Check out the link below.

Yeah, they're sold as is. No years specified. Is it adjustable?

His problem is the trottle pedal is depressed 3 inches. Why? Seems to me his throttle cable is not hooked up properly. Did the cable become disconnected from the pedal? Did the cable become kinked during installation? This is a very odd problem.

I'd think that the throttle cable needs adjusting in length, due to the different ramp profile of the TB cams of differing years. That's all I'm gonna say. Good luck to both of ya!

I called BBK, and they told me that to fit I needed a spacer plate and a cable adjustment. Do you think you still have those parts? The whole thing came in a kit and im pretty sure that is my problem.

No I don't. I didn't need a spacer plate. I bought the TB from a shopwhen they installed my engine they installed the TB. I never seen the kit myself. How much is the spacer plate and the cable adjustment from BBK?

Bummer. We will work this out. I'm not going to stick you with a TB that you can't use. Try and muster the parts up in the parts wanted section. If you don't have any luck within a week just send the TB back to me and I'll refund your money. OK?
