AC Delco Iridium 7.99? Have heard AC Delco iridium plugs are better than NKG. Anyone disagree? Anyone know where they can be had for less than $7.99 each? Anyone see any reason why these wouldn't last longer than the "100,000 mile" stockers would? thanks |
most go with NGKs. |
I know, thats why I went with NGK last time. They're certainly cheaper, but a few folks who have ran both the NGK and the Delco iridium say the delco's are the way to go. |
For that price.. they better work better ;) NGK's work well for me. Call me crazy.. but I don't like reinventing the wheel. I see what works, and go for it. Besides.. for the price difference, you could afford to change the NGK's a couple times. |
how bout rapid fire plugs by AC delco? :pimp: |
i put the delco iridiums on my car They seem to do just fine. I wanted to put NGKs on the motor but no one had them in stock when i was changing my plugs. Also i never ran the NGKs yet |
I'm currently using the AC Delco iridium spark plugs part # 12571164 SP 41-985. $7.15 each. Pricey, but I like them, good quality! No problems here. |

I have seen ac rapid fires and the iridium's on ebay for some good prices, but I think the Ngks I have will do just fine for a $1.59 :) |
My NGK TR55IX (irridium) plugs were $12 ea. Stick with the copper. the irridium did not look great after 13K and less than 1 year. |
