starter ark's to header
 

I have just put my new motor in and now everything seem to be alright except when starting the car. I have an almost orange spark that seems to come from the starter to the header. I've checked all my grounds and had the starter checked and autozone. Other that that I'm kinda at a loss as what to do. I would like to get this problem taken care of before I get the car it's final tune. Any help would be very helpful.

The wiring harness is melted against the header. Need to tie it back out of the way. Becareful, it can cause a fire if it connects good enough.
