Question Anyone running Single plane & efi on LSx motor

High guys

Was just wondering if anyone was running a single plane manifold with injector bosses & running EFi, 1000-1200CFM throttle body sitting on top

I was just checking as i think it would a cool idea for my 80's curcuit track car,
big shielded air filter sitting on top of the motor - thru the bonnet with reverse air dam scoop drawing in the cold air..

Old school look, new school motor

I thought elderbrock where doing one - carbon fibre look about it

2, & more importantly do they flow more than ls6/ls2, fast etc ??

Cheers

Bond, your going to be hard pressed to find many believers of the 4V setup.

There are a few guys with Blowers running the GMPP intake and a 4V throttle body but besides looks, the performance isnt as good as say a standard LS6 intake.

Tunability is another slight issue, havent seen too many 4V EFI setups that idle the greatest, most are setup with a high 1000rpm idle to smooth them out.

But for looks there great and always work when theres a turbo or blower next to it, but NA I would save my $$ and get a FAST.

Cool thanks for that, I wasn't how they went, especially since not a lot of people where running them.

I just thought it should be concidered, due to the possibity of getting cold air easier, but not if is going to cost me in performance

Cheers
