The FlowTech headers are what I'm interested in. Are these the Long Tube headers?? Does anyone already have these in the painted version and if so how are they holding up or how long should they last? Also, what are the O2 extensions (will I need O2 sims and if so how much and where do I get them)?

yes there long tubes. however spend the extra money on the hookers at least. o2 extensions are just as they imply, they are harness wires that plug into the o2 sensor and then into the wireharness. you'll need o2 sims for the rear o2's or just have them turned off through tuning.
