Right now its not running anywhere lol.

Kinda fucked up a bit with the oil pump/oil pan :bang:

But I dont have any times with this setup. I am hoping to soon though, once I fix what I screwed up.

so what's the best after market tb to go with a ls1 intake

orangeapeel Jan 15, 2006 01:24 PM

HAHAH! You can get any 75-78mm ported or aftermarket TB to get the job done. Personally I would say get the stocker a good port job and be done with it.

WILWAXU Jan 16, 2006 09:35 AM

Stick with a ported stocker.

Ryan02SS Jan 16, 2006 11:48 AM

Ported stocker is fine with an LS1/6 intake. Don't waste the money on a 80mmBBK TB for an LS6 intake when the LS6 inlet is 75mm. Save that cash for a Fast90mm TB & intake down the road.

SouthFL.02.SS Jan 16, 2006 11:56 AM

New Era----> $75, 1day turnaround.

black01_WS6 Jan 16, 2006 12:03 PM

ported one, new era does it cheap. look into the shaner S3 one as well. aftermarket is not worth the gains when compared to a ported stocker.

Now if you have a fast intake then get the nick williams 90m TB best on the market hands down.
