is a ory suppose to have 02's ?

I just bought a ory pipe and some hooker longt ubes from this guy. Is the ory pipe suppose to have a spot for 02 sensors ? the only thing that has anything for 02's is the headers.
sorry i am new to long tubes.

There aren't any cats in an offroad pipe, so no need for rear o2 sensors. Just delete the codes you'll pull with computer tuning.

Second question. The cat's i have on there now are hollowed out, so i went to a dyno tuning shop and they deleted my ses light that came on for my 02's will i be good to go when i install the long tube's since they did this ?

Yup. :)

sweet thanks man... why have i heard people talking about just putting the rear 02's in then ? do some come with holes for the 02's ? on a ory ?

none come with an ory... since they only read off the cats, if their arent any cats, they would just set of the ses.. if your state inspection requires you have cats, and tests emissions, you can run a catted pipe, gut it, and get the rear o2's deleted.

Thanks guys. ALso i called my tuner and he said that when i am ready to come in that he is going to delete all 4 02's ? is this right .?

Redneck Z Jan 31, 2006 06:35 PM

Yup, that's what I'm going to have done also. Your car will run better with LT's if you delete the front O2's as well, and tune for it. Plus you can use one of the O2 bungs for a wideband.

if you know your getting everything deleted you can buy the race style headers.. theyre usually cheaper too
