LT's with pro-kit Hey guys, my search wasn't working right so sorry if this has already been brought up. I'm planning on lowering my T/A with eibachs pro-kit which will be like 1.5 inches, I also was wanting to get some pacesetter LT headers, would this combo still be ok clearance wise? like will I be ok to roll over a speed bump or up the curb into my garage without crushing the headers, or should I go with some MAC mids? Any help is appreciated. |
Youd be fine...the Pacesetters tuck sooo nice. I lost little to no ground clearance and I likewise have the pro-kit springs with a 1.5-2" drop. Best combo you could go with IMO. |
Also my Pacesetters have never touched the ground...you would be just as likely to get stuck on your floorboards as you would crushing the headers. I drive up and down my driveway (pretty decent size curb) 5+ times a day and have encountered plenty of speedbumps....hope this helps! |
sweet, thanks for the help Howell |
It depends on what you're going to run off of those LTs. 3"? Cats? Duals? I did 3" catted duals and with the pro-kit my clearance is not good. I'll be going back to stock springs as soon as my Koni's get here. Read up in the handling forum. |
