Throttle body question
I can bet your vacum leak is coming from the LS6 intake. It is very very easy to have the ridges on the bottom of the intake sitting on the knock sensor harness causing the intake to not sit flush. Yes you can tighten it down basicly "pull" the intake to the heads but it wont seal.
What I do is grind off the middle rows of the grid that runs under the intake then sand it smooth. This way the harness has a path to sit in. I wasnt comfortable with my 1st LS6 intake swap in fear that I had it on the harness causing a vacum leak. When I pulled it off you could see an impression of the harness on the rear foam piece and the harness was clearly being pinched by one of the ridges.
