is the rasp w/the ORY that bad or stick with catted Y?

This question has been bugging me for a while now.

I just picked up,

PaceSetter LTs
PaceSetter ORY
MagnaFlow Exhaust

The *LAST* thing I want is any rasp or high pitched ricer nonsense... I havent been able to get any clear answers out of LS1sounds of anyone here... I guess Ill have to wait until I put it on.

If it is to high pitched or raspy Ill just throw on a resonator.

My car sounds like a late model circle track car. Its doesn't have one quality that I think is ricer. I did add 2 Vortex cones in the tips, that made it much better. Should have sound clips and pics soon.

My dad has JetHot LT's, ORY, and Magnaflow catback on his 02 Z28 and there is no rasp at ALL. It's actually pretty mild and quiet for LT's and an ORY. My LT's, ORY, and Hooker catback is louder than that. You won't have rasp with the ORY.

i knew a girl with that set up and i thought it sounded mean as hell. i may look into a magnaflow here shortly-headers are going on sat and i think the corsas going to be too loud.

yes i herd a head and cam car with LT ory and magnaflow and its axually quiet..at least quieter than what you would expect..i didnt hear any rasp..and my car has no rasp..but i still have manifolds...but if it does just throw a 3" magnaflow bullet in the I-pipe....

With my setup I have zero rasp and get compliments on the sound regularly. It is quiet enough to cruise with the top down and for it not to be a PITA. You will like it.
