Where's the radiator low coolant sensor located?

My wife's 99'SS low coolant light keeps comming on and I know the level is right. I will be flushing the radiator to clean it and I was wondering where the sensor was located in case the flush doesn't work. I might have to either clean the sensor or buy a new one.

Thanks for any help in this matter

About 6 inches down from the filler neck on the engine side of the radiator. It has a snap-ring that holds it in, and a electrical connector.

Thanks,

I'll get out there and fix it now "that way she doesn't gripe anymore <img border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" title="" src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" />
