Idle problem's?

When coming to a stop I push the clutch in and the idle will go to 1800rpm and stay there. When I am stopped for more than 5 seconds. Then it will go down and sometimes it will go back up to about 1100rpm then go back down slowely. This has not happened that I can remember. Any ideas thoughts? It is driving me nuts.

I heard with a SuperCharger, the rpms will rise and drop like that...I think it has to do with keeping the car idling while at a stop...I may be wrong...
