Torque #'s for coolant plug's
 
Hi Guys,
Does anyone have the torque setting for the coolant block off plugs.

I didnt torque mine...just got them on nice and tight.

yeah nothing at all. Took them off recently as well, they were still tight.

Off the top of me head, I think they are something like 13 lb ft. Word of advice though, get yourself a Helms manual. You'll tell yourself you should have bought one a long time ago.

I've got a haynes manual but can't find it in it.

There is a HUGE difference between a Haynes and a Helms manual. The Haynes may give you the basic run down, but the Helms is a 3 book set with thousands and thousands of pages of info. Some of the best money I ever spent IMO.

Engine Block Coolant Drain Plugs -- 60Nm; 44ft-lbs
