WILL BAD FRONT 02's CAUSE TO RUN RICH?

I gutted my cats and put 02 sims on rear...the car is running super rich...will the front o2's cause this?

Most likely the extra exhaust flow is causing it.

With the increased exhaust flow the engine thinks that its lean and is adding more fuel. Get a Maft, my car likes to run about 5% lean at idle with my cutout open.
