I love mine! I have the 1.75" headers w/3" collectors. They're great if you have removed all of the EGR/AIR stuff from the car.
I picked up ~.1-.15 sec over my old MAC headers when I swapped them...

Removing the AIR has been said to reduce the life of the cats, but it will not affect performance any, unless you count the weight it removes.
