I wouldn't drive it too far, the effect will be either a lean a/f ratio (bad) or a rich one (not so bad)
BTW if you know what the problem is, can you grab a ride to the parts store to get the new o2, put that in, then go get the rest of the codes scanned

Change the O2 before driving. It can cause a very rich or lean condition. Als issues with idle and drivability.

My cats got clogged after 110K mi and she started running rich... eventually killed the rear 02's... she would get totally crap gas milage, 400mi/tank...

that was the rears.

the front 02's are a lot more important for the computer

Typically a bad front o2 will cause part throttle drivability issues and bad gas mileage. If you have cats, eventually the extra rich condition will cause them to prematurely fail.

My car has been running mad rich (set codes p0172 and 175 (left and right bank rich)) and have not had any problems besides 250 miles per tank (yeah), finally starting to correct the problem 4 months and 2 thousand miles later.

I just gutted my cats so the rear O2 codes are going off. So you are saying i shouldnt be driving my car at all until i get the codes deleted or some sims? Or is the more so for the front O2s going bad.
