How emissions legal do you need to be? It sounds like you are looking at a dumped setup, and that'll fail immediately (illegal to dump exhaust underneath the passenger cabin).

Speed Inc. did my setup...

You might be looking at TSP true duals, cause Mints is right

Here's what I am deciding to get done in May.
Kooks headers
SLP cats
custom H-pipe
18" sweet thunder mufflers
custom extensions under the axel to corsa premium tips
I did a lot of reading and research on here before deciding to go with this. For sound H is better than X and I have NEVER heard anything bad about 18"sweet thunders. And under the axel get rid of resonance, smell and is easier to fabricate than over the axel. Hopefully it will turn out to be the best sounding street legal set-up possible. However im talking about an LS1, just throwing out some ideas.

You're going to have to get custom duals built for your LT1 car.

We have had several customers buy our LS1 True Dual system and just modify it to fit LT1 cars, from what I've heard from customers it isnt that bad of a fab.

bassani just came out with tru-duals for 95-97 LT1 cars with dual cats. now, it hooks to the factory cats. but, with a little thinking, you can get it to fit your headers.

Get in touch with LS1 Speed in Chicago. They build custom true duals. That's the only way to go for an over the axle setup, especially if you want cats.
