Header Q's

I have searched, but none of it answered my question.

I have had my Hooker LT's on my car for awhile, and I am changing the gaskets due to a small leak on the Driver side. Is it ok to use blue locktite on the header bolts to stop them from backing? I am still using stock bolts.

Also has anybody used the Victor MLS header gaskets? I figured they would be as good as stock, or at least better than the Felpro's I used before. :)

The factory use's blue locktite. I put antiseze on my arp studs and havent had any issues.

I used antiseze too the locktight will work but its goin to be a bitch if you ever have to take them out. And if you do use it just use a drop

I bought new gaskets from the chevy dealer down the road. They were only about $12 each, and I am not sure if you are going to ger much better than the stock ones.

Always put antiseize on bolts going into aluminum if you ever want to remove them.
