O2 Sensor's

Hey guy...well I dont really know whats going on with my car! It runs really crappy, feels like it wants to turn off, and smells really bad. My friend that did the tunning on my car told me that my O2 Sensors are going bad...so I think its time to replace them. So I wanted to know.....
Which O2 Sensors to get?
Where do you get them?
How much do they run?

Steve

Once again this is a item I would go back to GM for. I have run the parts store brand and they jsut don't last on a modded car very long and cost almost the same money.

Bosch part number 13111
Autozone
Around $130 for both

I think you can get them from GM for about the same money.

I'd replace both just to be on the safe side. Then you will know for sure if the problem was with the oxygen sensors and not somthing else.

Are you getting any check engine lights/DTC's..did you see the live data on the O2's are they lazy and if so is it the both front or just one?.. you could always swap out the rears to the front and vice versa. O2's are expensive just make sure you know whats up before you dump money on them. Might need to run the Corvette 02's since your running LT's.

Yes I have the "SES Light" on my way to work this morning it was flashing and the car was bogging really bad. Only the driver side was throwing a code the last time I checked..I think it was low circut not to sure.
Thanks for help guys.

Flashing check engine light means the engine is miss firing IIRC..might be more than just your 02's. Should have it scanned again.

yeah my SES light came on today and wasnt flashing, i know for sure its the o2 b/c the connector was burnt through to the wires from contacting the header. You might want to check your plugs and plug wires while your tryin to fix it, your o2s may be bad and caused the spark plugs to foul up from the crappy 02.

I replaced all of my 02's at one time, and within a 6 month period they were all bad because of my catts being clogged.

I used the bosch 13111s on my headers, got them from a non sponsor, for $125 (saved quite a bit over buying them locally)
