Also will driving the car with these codes mess anything up?

I am taking a shot in the dark here , but make sure that you plugged the front ones in to the front connectors and simms in the rear O2s. It sure seems strange that both front O2s threw a code. I would double check them and make sure they aren't pinched or melted against something causing them to ground out. If that doesn't work swap out the O2s with the ones that were in the back of the cats and see if that clears it up. I guess it's possible that you went pig rich and fouled out the O2s , but I have never heard of that. Good luck.

WOW, now I feel better about my problem. I did the exact same install on my car and 2 weeks later the 02's fried out. I wonder if it is the Hooker Longtubes!!!
I took my car to the dealership and they first thought it was my MAF Sensor and replaced that then they replaced my 02's both of them. HMMMM, I Just hope they will stay ok and not blow out again. I will keep you posted about how it works out. If you go back a couple of days possible and look at the post I made about SES light after header install you'll see what i mean. Tell me if that is what happened to you...

Re: need help with 02's.......

the question is.....is it ok to drive the car under these conditions until i can afford some 02's?

Could running too lean take out the 02's? Before the codes hit I set the maft a little too lean and threw a too lean code(don't have atap). I richened it back up a little and then today the 02 codes hit. Could it be the 02 extensions from hooker maybe?

Well I know it isn't a good thing to run when the 02's are shot because it will trip the computer out and end up running you really rich or really lean. Or in my case both!!!
I took mine into the dealership because I hve the 100k extended warranty and they replaced them both. Even though I have Hooker Headers and Off-Road Pipe!! Cool dealer huh!
They are ok so far but I am waiting to see if i blow them out again!!!
