Re: LS6 intake results not good! There were two runs or casting of the LS6 intake.
I have one of each. Besides the obvious flat bottom, another clear distinction between the LS1 and the LS6 is located at the back area (rear left) by the vacuum line connection.
The LS1 one is rounded, where the LS6 is square.
You can see a clear difference between the two
and this clearly shows the LS6 has a bigger plenum area.
