True duals one more time please! I plan to mod my car with SLP headers, catbacks, Y pipe, and CAI. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" /> I currently have the SLP 345hp dual/dual exhaust set up. But, I've been thinking about installing a true dual exhaust set up. How much additional horsepower would I gain from a true dual exhaust set up.

Re: True duals one more time please! Put it this way... the more cubes/HP you add, the more power you'll gain. Provided that you use an X pipe setup. Be prepared to be noticed alot though with this setup. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: True duals one more time please! Long tubed headers will not pass the visual test but they will pass the sniffer test. My question is mainly whether the car will pass the sniffer test. Most people have no trouble with the visual test since most people do not know how the exhaust system of an SS is origionally set up.

Re: True duals one more time please! Also, should I use a Dr. Gas X pipe. Where can I get it and how much does it cost? Will this also provide more ground clearance since I have Bilsteins on my car?

Re: True duals one more time please! SSdude the xpipe will have pretty good clearance depending on the install.There is more room under the cars than it looks.I am redoing my setup right now.It just started raining and I had to quit for the night.
