just wondering if anyone on here has dyno results between stock manifolds and the hooker long tubes.

shitty #s He made 20hp with a catback and headers! Not worth it in my book. The trq #s look good.

bet the hp #'s would be even better if he had the bullet catback. u gotta understand that the stock manafolds are good for factory, pretty much like shorties so the #'s won't be a DRASTIC amount.

I didnt dyno my car but at the track with a hotcam,mac off road y-pipe, and flowmaster catback my T/A went 12.34@111.8 w a 1.7260ft.With my Hooker L/Ts and changing nothing else the car went 12.33 @115 w a 2.0060ft.From what i know thats about 30hp for the headers.

I done a before and after dyno on my hooker LT & ORY install. With no other changes I picked up 18 rwhp. 1/4 times went from 13.1 to 12.80's.

I have a Corsa catback on my 99 WS-6. I picked up 16rwhp and 18rwtq. Just that one mod gave me that. There has got to be something wrong with that guy's numbers if he has headers and an ORP!!!!!!!!

did the guy who got 20 hp have the car tuned? tuning will pick up 3-5 hp on a lt car.

I gained 18rwhp, but don't know how much torque since I dynoed after the torque convertor. Could have actually gained a few more hp though since tc's generally dyno lower.

I have a friend who just had MTI install a set of Hookers an ORP with corsa cat back.
He picked up 20 rwhp & 40 torque.
he just dynoed at MTI saturday 99 Formula. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I have track results which I'd consider better than dyno results.

Went from: 60' 2.100 1/4 13.1 @109.6mph in good conditons
to: 60' 2.158 1/4 12.87@112.5mph in less than great conditions.

He picked up 20 hp with the hookers alone.
He already had the corsa cat back.
I think that is an ok pick-up.
again headers an corsa adds up to about 35rwhp.
